Members

As part of your membership package, there is no registration fee associated with attending the Joint Technical Work Group meetings. However, it is imperative that you notify us of your attendance at this meeting! Please pre-register by July 27 to help avoid long lines at registration.

Non-Members

The registration fee for non-members to attend the work group meetings is $450. Attendees participating as a non-member do not have voting privileges. You may pick up your name badge at the NCPDP registration area.

A receipt will not be sent for this payment, however, should your company require a receipt please contact the Council office (480) 477-1000 ext. 102. The meeting registration fee for non-members is payable by credit card, check, money order or cash and is payable in U.S. dollars.

Non-members who pay to attend a work group meeting and then join NCPDP prior to the next scheduled quarterly work group meeting may apply $250 of their registration fee towards their membership. The additional fee is an administrative fee.

Meeting registration cancellations are considered official on the date they are received in writing at the Council office. For cancellations made on or before July 8, 2012, NCPDP will refund the entire registration fee; however, refunds will not be processed until after the work group meetings. Registration fees for cancellations received after July 8, 2012 will not be refunded.

New Members

New Member Welcome Lunch will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2012. This session will provide useful information on NCPDP, the work group meeting structure, work group activities, and the process for developing standards, which includes the balloting and adjudication processes This lunch program is recommended for all new attendees; however, any individual who has general questions regarding NCPDP procedures or just needs a refresher course is highly encouraged to attend. If you are interested in participating in this program, please be sure to check the box marked "This is my first NCPDP Joint Technical Work Group Meeting" and "New Member Welcome Lunch" on the registration form. Pre-registration for the welcome Lunch session must be received in the Council Office by Friday July 27, 2012 . Online registration for Work Groups and Welcome Lunch will close on Friday July 27, 2012 .For registration after July 27, please submit a completed form by fax or email, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. Dress

Dress for all sessions is business casual. Business casual is defined as collared shirts, slacks and optional sports coats for men; and slacks, casual skirts, or dresses for women. Please keep in mind that meeting room temperatures vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.
