Annual Conference Venue Information
The 2013 Annual Conference will be held May 5-9, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona, at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, 2400 E Missouri Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
Hotel Accommodations
Built as one of Phoenix’s first resorts in 1929, Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa was constructed in grand form by brothers Albert, Charles and Warren McArthur. Frank Lloyd Wright served as the consulting architect, and the Arizona Biltmore remains one of the only existing hotels in the world to benefit from his influence.
Room rates are $269 for single/double occupancy. This rate includes guestroom high speed internet access, bellman & maid gratuities, spa & fitness center access, unlimited local telephone calls, and more.
Reservations at the group rate must be made by Wednesday, April 3, 2012 while supplies last. All reservations received thereafter will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. Please be aware that the room block fills up quickly. In order to secure your room, make your reservations as soon as possible. To receive these rates inform the hotel that you are with NCPDP when making reservations. Please call 602-955-6600 to make your reservations.
Arizona Biltmore Resort Deposit and Cancellation Policy
In order to confirm reservations, the hotel requires a first and last night’s deposit. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made up to 30 days before arrival date.
Hotel Suites
If you are interested in reserving a suite for the duration of the conference, please contact Meredith Button at 480-477-1000 ext 113. Suites are reserved for sponsoring companies, silver level and above. Suites will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
